§ 32.75. Special law enforcement trust fund.

Pursuant to the provisions of F.S. § 932.704(3)(a), there is created the special law enforcement trust fund. The fund shall be funded from the proceeds of forfeiture actions brought pursuant to F.S. § 932.704, and shall be used as provided by law.
