§ 33.04. Election districts.

  • (a)

    District I boundary. Beginning on the west at the point of intersection of the center of Port St. Lucie Boulevard and the center of the South Florida Water Management Canal C-24 then northeasterly along Port St. Lucie Boulevard to a point of intersection with Del Rio Boulevard. Then northwesterly and westerly along the center of Del Rio Boulevard to a point of intersection with Cashmere Boulevard. Then northerly along the center of Cashmere Boulevard to a point of intersection with the Crosstown Parkway. Then easterly on a prolongation of the center of the Crosstown Parkway for a distance of 2700 feet. Then northerly a distance 85 feet to a point of curvature with a curve concave to the southeast and having a radius of 290 feet and a central angle of 71° 58' 32". Then northeasterly along the arc of said curve to the right a distance of 364.30 feet. Then northeasterly a distance of 1075 feet to a point of intersection with the Florida Turnpike. Then northwesterly, northerly and northwesterly along the center of the Florida Turnpike to a point of intersection with the south right-of-way of Midway Road (SR 712). Then easterly on the City boundary line along the south right-of-way of Midway Road to the east line of Section 6, Township 36 South, Range 40 East. Then south along the east line to the northwest corner of Lot 103 according to the plat of White City as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23 of the Official Records of St. Lucie County. Then southerly on the City boundary line through the White City subdivision to the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. Then continue generally southerly on the City boundary line along the North Fork to a point of intersection with the southeasterly boundary of the Plat of Floresta Pines Unit 3 as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 14 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, extended easterly, also being the northerly boundary of the River Park subdivision. Then westerly, southerly and easterly on the City boundary line around the River Park subdivision to a point of intersection with Floresta Drive. Then southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly along the center of Floresta Drive to a point of intersection with Whitmore Drive. Then westerly and northwesterly along the center of Whitmore Drive to a point of intersection with Pisces Terrace. Then southwesterly along the center of Pisces Terrace to a point of intersection with Airoso Boulevard. Then southerly along the center of Airoso Boulevard to a point of intersection with Port St. Lucie Boulevard. Then westerly and southwesterly along the center of Port St. Lucie Boulevard to a point of intersection with the Florida Turnpike. Then southeasterly along the center of the Florida Turnpike to a point of intersection with the South Florida Water Management Canal C-24. Then southwesterly, westerly and northwesterly along the center of the C-24 canal to a point of intersection with Port St. Lucie Boulevard and the Point of Beginning.

    District II boundary. Beginning on the east at the point of intersection of Port St. Lucie Boulevard and Del Rio Boulevard then southwesterly along the center of Port St. Lucie Boulevard to a point of intersection with Gatlin Boulevard. Then westerly along the center of Gatlin Boulevard, becoming Tradition Parkway west of Interstate 95 (I-95), to a point of intersection with Community Boulevard. Then northerly and northwesterly along the center of Community Boulevard to a point of intersection with Westcliffe Lane. Then southwesterly and westerly along the center of Westcliffe Lane to a point of intersection with a proposed north-south roadway also known as "Fern Lake Road". Then northerly along the center of Fern Lake Road N 13° 44' 17"W a distance of 128.23 feet to a point of curvature with a curve concave to the east having a radius of 800 feet and a central angle of 18° 03' 26". Then northeasterly along the curve to the right a distance of 252.13 feet to point of reverse curvature with a curve concave to the west having a radius of 800 feet and a central angle of 9° 35' 45". Then northwesterly along the curve to the left a distance of 133.98 feet. Then N 5° 16' 11" W a distance of 987.75 feet to a point of curvature with a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 300 feet and a central angle of 51° 59' 26". Then northeasterly along the curve to the right a distance of 272.22 feet. Then N 46° 43' 16" E a distance of 292.64 feet to a point of curvature with a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 250 feet and a central angle of 59° 55'16". Then N 13° 12' 00" W a distance of 2451.79 feet to a point of intersection with the O.L.Peacock Canal. Then northeasterly along the center of the canal N 74° 01' 20" E a distance of 2575 feet to a point of intersection. Then, departing the canal, N 33° 55' 06" W a distance of 5108 feet to a point of intersection. Then N 3° 19' 50" E a distance of 165.50 feet to a point of intersection. Then N 34° 52' 18" E a distance of 3680 feet to a point of intersection. Then S 56° 50' 27" E a distance of 590 feet to a point of intersection. Then N 77° 53' 26" E a distance of 692 feet to a point of intersection. Then N 68° 22' 11" E a distance of 458 feet to a point of intersection. Then N 54° 34' 17" E a distance of 560 feet to the south right-of-way of the South Florida Water Management Canal C-24. Then northwesterly along the south right-of-way of the C-24 to a point of intersection with Glades Cutoff Road. Then northeasterly along the center of Glades Cutoff Road to a point of intersection with the northeasterly right-of-way of the South Florida Water Management Canal C-24. Then northwesterly on the City boundary line along the C-24 Canal approximately 5300 feet to a point of intersection where the boundary line turns to the north. Then northerly on the City boundary line to a point of intersection on the north line of Section 20, Township 36 South, Range 39 East where the boundary line turns east. Then easterly along the north line of said Section 20 to a point of intersection with the southerly prolongation of the west line of the east ¾ of the southwest ¼ of Section 17, Township 36 South, Range 39 East. Then northerly to a point of intersection on the north line of said southwest ¼ of Section 17 where the boundary line turns east. Then easterly on the City boundary line along said north line to a point of intersection with the centerline of the northwest ¼ of said Section 17 where the boundary line turns north. Then northerly along said centerline to a point of intersection with the north line of the approximate south ¼ of said northwest ¼ where the boundary line turns west. Then westerly on the City boundary line along said north line to a point of intersection with the west line of said Section 17 where the boundary line turns south. Then southerly on the City boundary line to a point of intersection with the south line of the southeast ¼ of the northeast ¼ of Section 18, Township 36 South, Range 39 East where the boundary line runs the following three (3) course: westerly along the south line of said southeast ¼, northerly along the west line of said southeast ¼ and easterly along the north line of said southeast ¼ to the east line of said Section 18. Then northerly on the City boundary line along said east line to a point of intersection with the north line of said Section 17 where the boundary line turns east. Then easterly on the City boundary line to a point of intersection with the west line of the southeast ¼ of the southwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 36 South, Range 39 East. Then northerly on the City boundary line along said west line and westerly along the north line of said southeast ¼ and continuing along the north line of the west ½ of the southwest ¼ of the southeast ¼ of said Section 8. Then southerly along said west ½ to the south line of said Section 8. Then easterly on the City boundary line to a point of intersection with the west line of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 39 East. Then along the following three courses: northerly, northeasterly and easterly through the south ½ of the southwest ¼ of said Section 9 to a point of intersection with centerline of said Section 9. Then northerly on the City boundary line to a point of intersection with the south line of the north ½ of the northwest ¼ of said Section 9. Then on the City boundary line along said south line to the west line of said Section 9. Then continue on the City boundary the following seven (7) courses all in Section 8, Township 36 South, Range 39 East: westerly along the south line of the northeast ¼ of the northeast ¼, southerly along the east line of the southwest ¼ of the northeast ¼; westerly along the south line of the southwest ¼ of the northeast ¼, southerly along the east line of the northeast ¼ of the southwest ¼ less the south 345 feet, westerly along the south line of said northeast ¼ , northerly along the west line of said northeast ¼ to a point of intersection on the south line of the northwest ¼ of said Section 8 and westerly along said south line to the west line of said Section 8. The preceding seven (7) courses are also the southerly limit of the West Creek neighborhood. Then westerly on the City boundary line along the south line of the northeast ¼ of Section 7, Township 36 South, Range 39 East to a point of intersection with the west line of said northeast ¼. Then northerly on the City boundary line along said west line to the north line of said Section 7. Then northerly along the west line of the southeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 36 South, Range 39 East to the south right-of-way of Midway Road (SR 712). Then easterly on the City boundary line along the south right-of-way to a point of intersection with Interstate 95 (I-95). Then southeasterly, southerly and southeasterly along the center of Interstate 95 to a point of intersection. Then southwesterly a distance of 1075 feet to a point of curvature with a curve concave to the southeast and having a radius of 290 feet and a central angle of 71° 58' 32". Then southwesterly along the arc of said curve to the left a distance of 364.30 feet. Then southerly a distance of 85 feet to a point of intersection with the Crosstown Parkway. Then westerly along the center of the Crosstown Parkway to a point of intersection with Cashmere Boulevard. Then southerly along the center of Cashmere Boulevard to a point of intersection with Del Rio Boulevard. Beginning on the east at the intersection of the Florida Turnpike and the northerly right-of-way of the South Florida Water Management District Canal C-23 then northwesterly along the center of the Florida Turnpike to a point of intersection with the South Florida Water Management District Canal C-24. Then westerly and northwesterly along the center of the C-24 to a point of intersection with Port St. Lucie Boulevard. Then southwesterly along the center of Port St. Lucie Boulevard to a point of intersection with Gatlin Boulevard. Then westerly along the center of Gatlin Boulevard, becoming Tradition Parkway west of Interstate 95 (I-95), to a point of intersection with Community Boulevard. Then northerly and northwesterly along the center of Community Boulevard to a point of intersection with Westcliffe Lane. Then southwesterly and westerly along the center of Westcliffe Lane to a point of intersection with a proposed north-south roadway also known as "Fern Lake Road". Then northerly along the center of Fern Lake Road N 13° 44' 17"W a distance of 128.23 feet to a point of curvature with a curve concave to the east having a radius of 800 feet and a central angle of 18° 03' 26". Then easterly along the northerly right-of-way line of the C-23 to a point of intersection with the Florida Turnpike and the Point of Beginning.

    District IV boundary. Begin on the west at the intersection of Port St. Lucie Boulevard and the Florida Turnpike then northeasterly and easterly along the center Port St. Lucie Boulevard to a point of intersection with Airoso Boulevard. Then northerly along the center of Airoso Boulevard to a point of intersection with Pisces Terrace. Then northeasterly along the center of Pisces Terrace to a point of intersection with Whitmore Drive. Then southeasterly and easterly along the center of Whitmore Drive to a point of intersection with Floresta Drive. Then northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly along the center of Floresta Drive to a point on intersection with the River Park subdivision and the City boundary line. Then northeasterly along the south boundary of River Park to the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. Then southeasterly, southerly and generally easterly along the City boundary line to a point of intersection at the Indian River where the boundary turns southerly Then southeasterly along the City boundary line to a point of intersection where the boundary turns westerly, also being a point of intersection with the St. Lucie/Martin County line. Then westerly along the City boundary line to a point where the boundary turns southerly. Then southerly along the City boundary line to a point where the boundary turns westerly. Then westerly, leaving the St. Lucie/Martin County line, along the City boundary line to a point of intersection with the center of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. Then generally southeasterly along the City boundary line to a point of intersection with the South Florida Water Management Canal C-23. Then westerly along the northerly right-of-way of the C-23 to a point of intersection with the Florida Turnpike. Then northwesterly along the center of the Florida Turnpike to a point of intersection with Port St. Lucie Boulevard and the Point of Beginning
