§ 34.16. Program adopted.

Latest version.

The city shall adopt and maintain pension and deferred compensation plan(s) for its employees. Eligibility to participate in any pension or deferred compensation plan(s) shall be subject to the specific plan's provisions as adopted by resolution or ordinance by the city council. Furthermore, all plans shall be adopted and maintained pursuant to applicable state and federal laws.
