§ 40.08. Nuisance abatement board.

The city acting at the direction of the city council specifically reserves the right to create a nuisance abatement board, which shall be authorized to hear and review nuisance cases, determine the existence of a nuisance pursuant to City Code, and provide notice and order abatement of same. The membership and qualifications of such board shall be determined by city council.
