§ 97.02. Construction of private streets or roads.

(a)

A permit shall be required for the construction of any private road or street.

(b)

The permit fee shall be per section 150.705(c) for engineering inspections.

(c)

All buildings of private roads and streets must submit three sets of plans and specifications for the approval of the city engineering department.
