§ 97.15. Specifications for excavation and filling.

Excavations in paved streets shall be made and filled in the following manner: prior to any excavation being made, the city engineer shall specify how the work shall be performed, as well as how repairs shall be made. The specification by the city engineer shall be in writing. All materials used shall comply with city regulations and specifications.
