§ 61.17. Annual index adjustments.

The city hereby establishes an automatic annual increase to all rates, fees, and charges set forth in this chapter based upon the applicable Florida Public Service Commission Annual Deflator Index percentage, or three percent per annum, whichever is greater. This annual index adjustment shall first occur automatically on October 1 of each year.
