§ 61.22. Enforcement; violations; penalties.

Violations of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of the requirements set forth therein, including violation of conditions of any wastewater disposal permit shall be prosecuted as provided by law. Each day such violation continues shall be considered as separate events. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the city from making such other lawful actions as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violations, including seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, or terminating service as permitted by law.
