Water, wastewater and/or reclaimed water services shall be used by the customer only
for the purposes specified in the application or utility service agreement. In no
case shall a customer, except with the written consent of the City, extend utilities
across the street, alley, lane, court, property line, avenue, or other public thoroughfare
or right-of-way in order to furnish water and/or wastewater service for adjacent property
even if such adjacent property is owned by the same Applicant.
