§ 63.13. Required construction standards.

All pipes, conduits or other component parts of service installed in or upon the premises of an Applicant shall conform to City standards of type, quality, quantity and regulations regarding installation. Applicant shall be responsible for maintaining all on-site facilities in proper repair, and shall not alter or modify any interconnection of service without first notifying and securing approval therefore in writing by the City. Unauthorized alteration or modification of an on-site utility service interconnection may result in immediate termination of the affected service and repair or restoration at the Applicant's costs.
