§ 63.16. Contributions in aid of construction.

  • The City may require the payment of contributions in aid of construction, either by cash payments or through the installation of water distribution, wastewater collection, and reclaimed water facilities by the Applicant, builder or property owner, the title to such facilities transferred to the City, or a combination of both forms of contributions. The City's requirement for such contributions is for the purpose of defraying the cost of the water distribution, wastewater collection, and/or reclaimed water systems. The payment of such contributions to the City shall be a condition precedent to the rendering of service by the City.
