§ 67.05. Protection of future public water supply well sites.

The prohibitions and restrictions set forth in this chapter, and any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, shall apply to any future public water supply well sites provided, however, the restrictions shall not apply to residential or nonresidential activities that have received development approval as defined.
