§ 72.21. Notice on illegally parked vehicles.

Whenever any vehicle, without driver, is found to be parked, stopped, or standing in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the enforcement officer finding such a vehicle shall conspicuously affix to the vehicle a written notice of violation, said notice to be in a form as approved by the city manager.
