§ 72.22. Removal of unauthorized vehicles.

Police officers are authorized to provide for the removal, to the nearest garage or other place of safety, of any unattended vehicle creating a traffic hazard or found in a restricted parking area as set forth in section 72.07. The cost of the removal shall be a lien against the motor vehicle.
