§ 72.24. Appeal.

Anyone wishing to contest the notice of violation may appeal to the chief of police by requesting an administrative hearing before a hearing officer designated by the chief of police within ten days from the date of the notice of violation. The appeal should state the number of the notice of violation and the date issued. Appeals under this section shall be heard within 30 days and decided within 30 days thereafter.
