§ 73.99. Penalty.

(a)

A person violating the provisions of section 73.01 through 73.04 shall be punished by a fine of $25.00, up to five days in jail, or both. Each day upon which any such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

Whoever shall violate the provisions of sections 73.15 through 73.18 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $100.00.
