§ 111.72. Health studios; consumer protection.

The city shall not issue or renew a business tax receipt for the operation of a health studio, pursuant to Florida State Chapters 501.012—501.019, or ballroom dance studio, pursuant to Florida Statute 501.143, unless such business exhibits a current license, registration, or letter of exemption from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
