§ 120.04. Hours of operation.

(A)

A Dispensing Facility shall only be allowed to dispense Medical Marijuana between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

(B)

All Dispensing Facilities shall comply with this section and any future City Ordinance pertaining to the hours of dispensing of Medical Marijuana.
