§ 156.041. Effect of Final Plat Approval.

  • (A)

    The zoning requirements applicable to the preliminary approval granted and all other rights conferred upon the developer pursuant to preliminary approval whether conditionally or otherwise shall not be changed for a period of three (3) years after the date of final approval.

    (B)

    A Certificate of Concurrency will be issued with final plat approval. The Certificate of Concurrency is issued pursuant to Chapter 160 and will expire pursuant to section 160.33.
