§ 156.098. Cul-de-Sacs.

  • (A)

    Permanent dead-end streets shall not exceed one thousand (1,000) feet in length without special permission of the Planning and Zoning Board; except where, due to unusual circumstances, a greater length may be deemed necessary. For detailed design requirements refer to the Engineering Standards for Land Construction.

    (B)

    The terminus of a cul-de-sac should not have a lower elevation than the neck of the cul-de-sac.

    (C)

    Minimum outside radius shall be fifty (50) feet.
