§ 156.129. Clearing and Grading of Rights-of-Way.

  • (A)

    The developer shall clear all rights-of-way and recovery areas which shall conform to minimum standards, according to the Manual of Uniform Minimum Standards for Design, Construction and Maintenance for Streets and Highways, prepared by the Florida State Department of Transportation, in accordance with F.S. § 335.075.

    (B)

    Trees may be selectively cleared away from the recovery area and all grades, including grades for streets, alleys and drainage, shall be consistent to grades approved for the subdivision. All debris shall be removed from rights-of-way.
