§ 90.02. Removal of vehicle by city.

The city's police officers are authorized to provide for the removal of any abandoned vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety. Cost of the removal shall be a lien against the motor vehicle when found unattended in the following instances:
(a)

The vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic;

(b)

The vehicle has been parked or stored in violation of the provisions of section 90.01.
