§ 156.099. Street Grade.

Latest version.

Minimum centerline grade for all streets with curb and gutter shall be twenty-four hundredths (0.24%) percent. Maximum centerline grades for arterial streets shall not exceed five (5%) percent. Maximum grades for all other streets shall not exceed ten (10%) percent.
